With hundreds of sponsors, thousands of attendees and a great message, the first Bentonville Film Festival was a huge success. We at Strategic Event Design are proud to have been a part of this amazing event, as our founder Bethney Ruggiero was the festival’s Executive Director. One of our biggest accomplishments at the festival, held in Bentonville, Arkansas, was Sponsor Village. Here are some of our favorite sponsor booths at the village and throughout the festival.

The And1 sponsor booth drew crouds young and old to try their hand at some hoops.

BlackBox Wines were a favorite booth, held in the perfect spot just outside the Very Important Beauty (VIB) Lounge.

Coca Cola was a huge part of the success of the first BFF, going above and beyond to support women and diversity in film.

Colgate showed us how to shine bright with its fun photo booth.

A favorite of both attendees and event staff alike, the wall at the CoverGirl sponsor booth was a huge hit.

Dove always touches at the heart strings of women, and their BFF booth was no exception. They provided hair and makeup for women and then shot film and video of them explaining what was beautiful to them.

The Fitbit booth attracted the health conscious festival attendee, and friendly staff was there to explain how the gadget works.

Hard Candy was a favorite booth at both the headquarters and the VIB Lounge. Attendees love the edgy style and free makeovers.

In the mood for a good southern barbeque? We are in Arkansas, afterall! KC Masterpiece wowed the crowds with free samples.

The Kraft booth was a big favorite, featuring a new menu every day that kept users coming back to try everything from mac & cheese to s’mores.

The Mitchell Communications Group – with ties in Arkansas – had a swanky, modern booth that attendees loved.

One of our personal favorites for booth design was the L’oreal Women of Worth booth at the VIB Lounge.

Luna Bar was at the festival in full effect, making sure our energy stayed high with its delicious on-the-go power foods.

We are thankful for the sponsorship of Mercy Health at the fesival, and we’d love a ride in this rig someday!

What would the sponsor village be without the lovable M&M characters, some free candies that melt in your mouth (not in your hand) and a little bean bag toss?

Nickelodeon had a fun booth complete with prizes for the kids and photo opportunities with their favorite Nickelodeon characters.

Orville Redenbacher provided some free samples on the lighter side at the festival headquarters.

If there’s one thing to attract someone to a sponsor booth it’s cute animals. Pedigree won over the crowd with its Puppy Village.

Perrier made us feel all light and bubby inside with its fun, color coordinated booth, complete with photo props.

We all love the Planter’s Peanut guy! He attracted guests to the shell mobile with this one of a kind sponsor booth.

Robert Mondavi had a clean, modern booth at the festival headquarters to provide wine tasting for VIP attendees.

Last but not least, Walmart’s Vudu sponsored an entire lounge, held just off the historic Bentonville Square. Special screenings were held here and coupons for their Vudu streaming service were also provided.
